We’re regularly looking for amazing volunteers to give us a helping hand organizing linguistic workshops, presentations, cultural activities, events and all the international projects Xeración is developing.

We can offer you a full immersion in the Galician culture while you improve your linguistic, cultural and project management skills in a practical way. These skills will help you to integrate into the labor market at the end of the project. We believe in the importance of self development. Besides taking part in existing projects, we offer you the possibility and support to implement your own ideas. This way, your ESC will become a more personal and enriching experience.
