Speak Factor VI

The stage is waiting. Don’t choke

Listen, we’ve all seen them. Those «youth workers» who have a great heart but the stage presence of a wet noodle. They have ideas that could change the world, but when they open their mouth in front of a crowd, people start checking their Instagram.

Don’t be that person.

What is this about?

×

Most people think they can’t speak in public because they weren’t born with a «gift.» Wrong. They just haven’t been punched in the face by reality enough times. At Speak Factor, we don’t do boring lectures. We do the real work.

This isn’t just a training where we sit in a circle and clap. This ends with a TED-style Gala. A real stage. A real audience. Bright lights. No safety net.
You’ll have 4 minutes to deliver the speech of your life. If you shine, you win the room. If you don’t… well, at least the catering in Vigo is good. This is where we see who actually did the work and who just came for the Spanish sun.

What are we going to do?

We’re here to give you the psychological tactics and physical weapons to dominate any room. We start by hunting down your stage fright and dismantling it, turning that nervous energy into pure authority. You’ll stop worrying about your hands and start mastering the vocal command and body language that actually really works.

You’ll get the kind of raw, honest feedback your polite friends are too afraid to give you. And you’ll do it all alongside a crew of high-performers from across Europe, building a global network while you sharpen your edge.

The Menu (What you’re actually getting)

We’re going to talk about stage fright, but not in a «let’s hug it out» way. We’re going to crush it.
  • Improvisation: Because life doesn’t have a script.

  • Body language: Stop hiding your hands; you look suspicious.

  • The pitch: How to say more in 30 seconds than most say in a lifetime.

  • Acting & energy: If you’re bored, they’re sleeping. Simple math

Who are we looking for?

We don’t want tourists. We want:

  • Youth leaders and volunteers who actually give a damn.

  • People who can speak English without sweating through their shirt.

  • Officially resident on the Erasmus+ programme country (EU + Norway, Iceland, Turkey, North Macedonia and Serbia)

  • Human beings ready to get out of their comfort zone. If you love your «comfort zone,» stay home and watch Netflix. This isn’t for you.

The drill sergeants (The ones who’ll fix you):

Gabriel Vivas

This guy isn’t just an actor; he’s a PhD researcher from King’s College London. He doesn’t just «talk» about theatre; he uses it as a weapon for social transformation. From the Roma community to LGBTIQ+ activists, Gabriel has seen it all. He holds a BA with distinction and an MA in Cultural Studies, but forget the titles—he’s here to show you how the Theatre-Voice-Body connection can crush toxic narratives and make you own your space. If you think you can hide in the back of the room, Gabriel will find you.

Milosz Baldyga

The Machine. If you think public speaking is just about «words,» you’ve already lost. Miłosz is the guy athletes, managers, and high-performers call when they need to stop choking under pressure. He holds 2 World Records in 3-ball juggling. Why does that matter? Because he’s going to rewire your brain. He’ll fix your self-confidence, your stress management, and your body awareness. Whether it’s business, sport, or education, Miłosz designs games that force you to stop thinking and start performing
